If you're anything like me, you're passionate about awakening the consciousness in every melanated being on this planet. Writing is my passion and every story that I write has a message in it just for you. How easy is it to type a few words and collect a story: it's very easy. The hard part is bringing that story to life on the stage in front of thousands of people. Marketing, casting, set design, wardrobe and incentives cost more than one can imagine.
All About Me
I need your help to keep the stories coming by way of visual art. I do this for us. There's no "I" in team and there's no "US" without "U". I urge you to support the cause. Give with a spirit of gratitude and with a force of positive inner-g.
I'll never forget the moment a young man came up to me and said the character in my stageplay portrays his real life from beginning to the end. He stated this very word, "I can guarantee you if every black man witnesses this story coming to life, every black man will be uplifted and shift for the betterment of his community."
The feeling I felt was beautiful one. A feeling of accomplishment that created a driving force within me to go harder than yesterday.
