These 5 friends has bonded since middle school and there’s nothing they don’t know about one another yet at the same time each one has been silent about some life challenges they’ve kept in the dark. Silent Treatment creates the space that’s needed for the black man to heal. Yes, they go through things just as women but the expectation of him is too high for him to break down and release. As a community, it’s our time to heal our brothers and acknowledge their pain behind the smiles , behind his ego and uplift him where he’s week.
The stigma of the black man has to change and the change starts with acceptance, believing, receiving, action and then results.
